And while I personally believe it’s important to understand how to shoot in manual mode, I don’t think actually shooting in manual mode all the time (or even most of it) is essential....
Sigma has released a range of firmware updates for some of their Art, Sports and Contemporary lenses for both Canon and Nikon to add feature support and fix a few bugs. As yesterday’s leaked photos show, Sigma are indeed bringing us a new lens for mirrorless users. Now, though, it’s not a leak or rumour any more, though. Today, Sigma have officially announced their new 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens for mirrorless cameras. Specifically, that means Sony and Micro Four Thirds photographers – sorry Fuji shooters. Sigma boast that this is the world’s first interchangeable lens for Sony mirrorless APS-C cameras which offers a 24mm full frame equivalent field of view at such a wide aperture....
The LED panel and LED Bowens mount are both familiar form factors of LED lights. In the last two years, we are seeing a third type of LEDs enter the market – the Mat LED, A.K.A Flex-LED. Essentially it is very similar to an LED panel, only instead of the LEDs being mounted to a rigid surface, they are placed on a flexible mat, hence the name – Flex light.
