Canon has received a lot of criticism over the Canon EOS R5‘s overheating issues, especially since it started to look as if the limitations were arbitrarily imposed by Canon and not based on actual temperatures. Well, now they seem to be addressing some of those issues with a new V1.1 firmware update. Now, this certainly isn’t going to make everybody happy, as the benefits seem relatively minor, but it is at least an improvement....

I treat my camera like I treat a car, it has one core job and that’s what I use it for with very little interest or need for the peripheral add-ons and shiny new features that may also be part of that product. The study finds that the Creator Economy –the economy empowering people who are monetizing their content, goods and services online by leveraging their own creativity, talents and passions –grew by more than 165 million creators over the past two years to 303 million creators globally....
