Camera transitions are part and parcel of video editing. At some point, you’re just going to have to cut from one shot to another. But there are many different ways you can make this cut. It can be as simple as it sounds – a straight cut – but you can also make it more interesting with sliding transitions, fades, blurs, blooms and all sorts of things. Choosing a wedding photographer is an important task, but it sometimes happens that couples get unsatisfied with the results. A couple from Bollington, Cheshire accused their wedding photographer of not capturing the couple as much as the bridesmaids’ cleavage and bums. The case ended up in court, and the couple won. Steph and Paul Unwin hired photographer David Kilcourse for their big day in June 2015. As Metro writes, they bought a package which included the full day: from the bride getting ready, through the ceremony, meal, all the way to night time....

Visual artist and designer Lukas Renlund has created an exhibition that makes you explore art in quite an unordinary way – by using your smartphone. He wanted to explore the possibility of the internet and physical space converging, so he created a photo exhibition without a single photo. He creates moving images (motion photography), so he was wondering how he could display his work in a gallery....

After she recently posted a photo of her doctor on Twitter, a woman received sharp criticism from the community. Twitter user @purplegodesss secretly took a photo of her dermatologist and posted it to the social network without his consent. To make things worse, she “sexualized” him, calling him “fine as s**t,” in a Tweet that quickly went viral. After @purplegodesss posted the photo, many other women were quick to agree with her in a series of witty or plain creepy comments....
