The new Sony RX0 action camera was announced earlier this year. 4K HDMI output, 1080p at up to 1,000fps, wireless timecode sync for multiple cameras, and a 1″ sensor made it a serious competition to GoPro. Kai Wong got his hands on one of these, and in his latest video, he compares it to the GoPro Hero 6. On paper, Sony RX0 sure looks promising. But can it beat GoPro in real life conditions?...
After seeing numerous reports of the lengths to which people had tried and failed to cool down the Canon EOS R5 to get longer video shooting times out of it, I was starting to suspect that the “overheating” time limits might actually be coded into the camera’s firmware and it actually has nothing to do with the temperature of the camera or the environment. Now it seems those suspicions might have some evidence after a Chinese EOS R5 owner tears his camera down to try and fix the problem himself....

Lomography has come up with some interesting products in the past couple of years. The latest addition to their family is the Lomogon 2.5/32 Art lens. It’s a handcrafted 32mm f/2.5 lens aimed particularly at travel and street photographers, but of course, it can be used for many other genres. Aside from reasonable price and compact design, the most interesting feature of this lens is probably its perfectly circular bokeh....
